1. Use of Service

PrepLess Edu provides educational resources for personal, classroom, and non-commercial educational use. You may print and distribute worksheets to students in your care. Redistribution for commercial purposes, resale, or republication without permission is prohibited.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Content

All worksheets, activities, and other content on PrepLess Edu are owned by PrepLess Edu or licensed to us. Content is provided for educational use only. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we make no warranties regarding the completeness or suitability of any content.

4. Subscription & Billing

Free plan users may access and download all freely available resources without limit. Pro plan subscribers are billed at $6.99/month (monthly) or $4.99/month (annually billed). You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. PrepLess Edu does not store your payment card details on our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

PrepLess Edu is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
